What Our Employees Are Saying
Beyond Behavior has provided the opportunity to ensure that the practice of Applied Behavior Analysis occurs with a focus on the clients and staff. Each day we are able to provide highly individualized, focused and engaging treatment that focuses on increasing positive skills and engagement. As BCBA’s, we are provided support so that we can utilize our skills in ABA without distraction. And we are able to have a work and life balance with appropriate caseloads, clinic-based hours and encouragement to maintain our focus on people. Management is very supportive and family/life focused. I have enjoyed every minute of working here!
I enjoy sitting down with families and going over their child’s treatment plan and showing the progress they have made since our last meeting and how they can generalize these skills at home. It’s rewarding to find creative solutions that help families work through challenges they may be facing at home, using Applied Behavior Analysis strategies.
